UK Shipping Policy
All UK orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that dispatch and delivery times may occasionally be affected by high order volumes, courier delays, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.
We currently offer a flat-rate UK shipping charge of £4.99 on eligible orders. Certain products, oversized parcels, regulated items, or specialist delivery services may incur additional shipping charges.
Discount Codes & Free Shipping Eligibility
Discount codes offering free shipping apply to UK customers only unless otherwise stated. International orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
The following product categories are excluded from all free shipping offers and promotions:
- Firearms
- Ammunition
- Laser products
- Any regulated or restricted items
Free shipping promotions only apply to items that can be purchased directly through our website checkout system. Products requiring manual quotations, invoicing, licence verification, or custom processing are excluded.
We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or refuse promotional shipping offers at any time.
Order Status & Delivery Queries
If you have not received your order within 5 business days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at sales@g-ten.co.uk with your name and order number and we will investigate this for you.
Regulated Items & Licensing
Firearms, suppressors/moderators, ammunition, and other regulated products are shipped strictly in accordance with UK law.
Customers may be required to provide valid photographic identification, firearms certificates, shotgun certificates, or other supporting documentation before dispatch. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in cancellation of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where legal compliance requirements are not met.
Carrier & Delivery Restrictions
Regulated or age-restricted items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, safe places, or unattended delivery locations.
All regulated shipments require an adult signature upon delivery and may be subject to additional identity and age verification checks by the carrier.
Delivery times for regulated items may vary due to compliance checks, documentation verification, or carrier handling procedures.
International Orders
We do not offer automatic international checkout through our website. International customers must contact us prior to placing an order.

Age-Restricted Products
By purchasing any age-restricted product from our website, you confirm that you are aged 18 years or over. It is illegal to purchase age-restricted items if you are under the age of 18.
Customers purchasing age-restricted products may be required to complete identity and age verification checks in accordance with UK legislation, including the Offensive Weapons Act 2019.
Customers will usually be asked to upload valid photographic identification before checkout. Acceptable forms of ID include:
- Passport
- UK Driving Licence
Where identification cannot be verified automatically, we may contact you separately to request additional documentation before dispatch. Failure to provide satisfactory identification may result in cancellation of the order.
Any identification documents supplied will be used solely for legal compliance and age-verification purposes. We may retain records where required by UK law or regulatory obligations.
Age-restricted items cannot be delivered to parcel lockers, safe places, or unattended delivery points.
Our delivery partners operate a “Challenge 25” policy and may request valid photographic identification upon delivery where the recipient appears under 25 years of age.
Age-restricted items may be accepted by another adult aged 18 or over at the delivery address.

Unfortunately, certain regulated or age-restricted items cannot be shipped to some UK postcode areas due to carrier limitations and delivery restrictions.
