If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 20 - AGE-RESTRICTED ITEMS

By placing an order for one of these items, you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over. It is illegal to purchase any age-restricted products from our website if you are under the age of 18. 

We proactively enforce UK legislation preventing the supply of knives (This includes all bladed products), Firearms, Ammunition and any other age restricted products to people under 18. Therefore, we ensure that all customers purchasing are of legal age in the UK (18 years old). 

These items must be used responsibly and appropriately. There are a number of measures in place to confirm that a customer is eligible to purchase an age-restricted item. By placing an order on this website you are giving permission for an identity check to be performed to confirm that you are over 18 years of age. 

Before adding an age-restricted product to the cart customers will be asked to upload valid photo identification - a passport or driving license. For any reason this document fails to upload, you will be contacted once your order has been placed and we will require you to send these documents to us at sales@g-ten.co.uk. Failure to provide these documents will result in your order being canceled.

Photo identification uploaded to our website will be used solely for the purpose of confirming your age as required by the offensive weapons act 2019. Please note, we may keep a copy of any ID document to comply with UK laws. 

Age-restricted items can't be delivered to a locker or a nominated safe place location.

Parcelforce will ask to see a valid photo identification if the recipient appears to be under 25, in line with their UK “Challenge 25” policy upon delivery.

Parcelforce will leave a ‘something for you’ card following any unsuccessful delivery attempt of an age-restricted parcel and will bring it to the nearest post office for collection with an age verification check. Alternatively, you can use the information on the ‘something for you’ card to contact the carrier to arrange a redelivery.
