Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Orders may be delayed for reasons such as a high volume of orders or postal service delays/strikes.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer a flat rate shipping price of £4.99 on all orders to the United Kingdom. 

International Shipping:We currently do not offer international shipping.

 

How to check the status of your order:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@g-ten.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Age-restricted items:

By placing an order for one of these items, you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over. It is illegal to purchase any age-restricted products from our website if you are under the age of 18. 

These items must be used responsibly and appropriately. There are a number of measures in place to confirm that a customer is eligible to purchase an age-restricted item. By placing an order on this website you are giving permission for an identity check to be performed to confirm that you are over 18 years of age. These items must be used responsibly and appropriately. 

Before adding an age-restricted product to the cart customers will be asked to upload valid photo identification - a passport or driving license. For any reason this document fails to upload, you will be contacted once your order has been placed and we will require you to send these documents to us at sales@gmail.com. Failure to provide these documents will result in your order being cancelled.

Photo identification uploaded to our website will be used solely for the purpose of confirming your age as required by the offensive weapons act 2019. Please note, we may keep a copy of any ID document to comply with UK laws. 

Age-restricted items can't be delivered to a locker or a nominated safe place location.

Parcelforce will ask to see a valid photo identification if the recipient appears to be under 25, in line with their UK “Challenge 25” policy upon delivery.

Parcelforce will leave a ‘something for you’ card following any unsuccessful delivery attempt of an age-restricted parcel and will bring it to the nearest post office for collection with an age verification check. Alternatively, you can use the information on the ‘something for you’ card to contact the carrier to arrange a redelivery.
