14-day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@g-ten.co.uk. We will provide you with an address where the items should be returned to. If you are returning to our PO BOX, please only use Royal Mail as the Courier.
Return postage will only be covered by G-TEN, in the event that the item supplied is incorrect or faulty. Please note we will only cover the cost of 2nd class shipping only.
Return costs for any other reason must be covered by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In cases where third-party services are used to validate licences or identity, limited personal information may be shared solely for the purpose of compliance verification. These third parties are GDPR-compliant and contractually bound to keep your information secure.
Data Retention
All personal data related to regulated product orders is retained in accordance with UK law, typically for 6 years, unless longer retention is legally mandated.
Security Measures
Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to trained staff on a need-to-know basis. In the event of a suspected data breach, we will follow ICO reporting guidelines and inform affected users promptly.
Returns Policy – Updates
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns on firearms, ammunition, bullets, suppressors, laser devices, or any items that require licence validation, unless the item is proven to be faulty upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.
Faulty Goods
If a regulated item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and either arrange a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
Inspection and Processing
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will only be processed if the item is confirmed to be faulty and unused. Refunds are issued within 14 days of inspection approval to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders involving regulated items may be cancelled before processing or shipment. If documentation is not provided or is invalid, your order may be cancelled and a processing fee may apply.
Shipping Policy – Updates
Regulated Items & Licensing
We only ship firearms, suppressors, and ammunition within the UK and strictly in accordance with local laws. Customers must provide valid ID and appropriate licences before shipment. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation.
Carrier & Delivery Limitations
We do not deliver to PO boxes for regulated items. All such shipments require adult signature upon delivery. Delivery times may vary due to compliance checks or documentation review.
Customs & International Restrictions
We do not ship regulated items outside the UK. For other goods, it is the customer’s responsibility to comply with import laws. G-TEN is not liable for customs delays, duties, seizures, or non-delivery due to regulatory issues.
Promotions & Shipping Offers
Free shipping offers may exclude regulated or heavy items. Where applicable, the exclusions will be clearly stated.
Delayed Shipments
Regulated item orders may be delayed due to licence validation or government compliance checks. Customers will be notified promptly of any delays.
