International Orders
We do our best to accommodate orders from customers around the world.
If you wish to place an international order, please email us with the SKU number(s) or website link(s) for the item(s) you wish to purchase, along with your name and full shipping address.
We will review the requested items to confirm whether we are able to export them to your country. Unfortunately, some products may not be eligible for export or may require export licences which prevent us from shipping internationally.
We reserve the right to refuse any international order or shipping request at our discretion.
International Shipping Quotes
Once we have reviewed your enquiry, we will provide you with a custom shipping quotation.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to offer flat-rate international shipping prices as parcel sizes, weights, values, insurance requirements, carrier restrictions, and destination countries vary significantly between orders.
If you are happy with the quotation provided, we will issue you with a custom order link via our website.
International Payment Options
The custom order listing will include the agreed item(s), shipping costs, and any applicable fees within the total listing price.
Please note that our website checkout currently accepts Visa and Mastercard only.
If you are unable to pay using one of these payment methods, we can instead issue a manual invoice for payment via international bank/wire transfer.
Custom Order Terms & Conditions
Custom order links are issued specifically for the agreed items and agreed price confirmed via email and are valid for 7 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
Please only checkout if you have received a custom order link directly from G-TEN. Orders placed without prior authorisation may be cancelled and refunded.
As some items may also be available for sale elsewhere, should part or all of the agreed items sell before checkout is completed, G-TEN reserves the right to amend or remove the custom order listing accordingly.
Please do not add any additional items to your basket other than the custom order listing provided. Orders containing additional items may be cancelled and refunded.
By proceeding with checkout, you confirm that the order has been pre-authorised by G-TEN via a custom order link.
Customs, Duties & Import Charges
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, handling charges, or other charges applied within the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported items are legal to own and import within their country or region before placing an order.
We are unable to undervalue shipments or falsify customs declarations. Any compensation claims for loss or damage are limited to the declared value stated on shipping documentation.
Forwarding Addresses & Export Compliance
Where an international customer chooses to use a UK-based forwarding address, mail forwarding company, or reshipment service, our contractual responsibility ends once the parcel has been successfully delivered to the UK forwarding address provided at checkout.
Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the forwarding address. We are not responsible for any onward transit, export process, customs clearance, loss, delay, damage, seizure, or destruction occurring after this point.
Use of forwarding or reshipment services is entirely at the customer’s own risk.
We will not knowingly ship firearms, firearm components, suppressors, ammunition, controlled accessories, or export-controlled items to forwarding addresses where export licences or other restrictions apply.
Where we believe an order may breach UK export regulations or carrier restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
International Shipping & Customs Delays
International delivery times may vary significantly depending on destination country, customs procedures, carrier processing times, and local import regulations.
Customs inspections, carrier restrictions, import delays, returned parcels, or confiscated shipments are outside of our control. While we will always do our best to assist where possible, G-TEN cannot accept responsibility for actions taken by customs authorities or third-party shipping providers once the parcel has left our possession.
