SKU: F168
An early 1943 No.4T Sniper Rifle (SN: AD0255).
Pre Holland & Holland standardisation, possibly Enfield converted. Inspected by Richard Stork of Devizes Gunsmith and confirmed genuine early No.4T conversion.
TR marks over stamped on butt socket but visible.
Barrel is a 1950's replacement, clearly matching the overall patina of the rifle so probably on the rifle since 1950.
Barrel gauges at 0.30325.
Matching numbers to receiver bolt and magazine, fitted with a period correct No.32 MK 1 telescope, recently serviced and overhauled by Peter Laidler.
Telescope bracket is a UK made replacement, possibly Roger Payne?
An excellent early 4T with mismatched MK1 scope & bracket.
Ideal for collector or shooter.
Collection from Gosport, Hampshire. RFD to RFD £35
