A beautiful 1943 BSA No.4T Sniper Rifle - Matching numbers to rifle and bolt. (Serial: AB7751)
1945 dated barrel gauging at 0.30200 as new.
The rifle bears all the correct Holland and Holland stamps indicating a late 1943 conversion date.
Barrel has been changed in service. Fitted with a 1944 dated No.32 MK 2 scope, which has been recently serviced and refurbished by Peter Laidler.
The telescope bracket is a British made replacement, possibly Roger Payne?
Original telescope number not visible on the butt. Rifle number stamped on inside of butt where it joins the socket.
A lovely genuine mismatched 4T rifle/scope combination with a superb MK2 scope.
Ideal for any collector or shooter.
